We were greeted in Beijing by one of Violets drivers who picked us up directly at the airport and whisked us to our hotel in a lovely air conditioned van. Having airport pick up pre planned was a big stress relief as we did not have to maneuver the taxi situation being jet lagged from a 13 hour flight. The next day Violet greeted us at our airport hotel and we had a fun filled day visiting the Lama Temple, Summer Palace a Tea house and the Silk Market. 

We were jointing a heritage group tour the next day but had we been solo we would have utilized Violet for our entire stay. There were four of us ranging in age from 6 to 79 and Violet was able to effectively communicate on all levels with great interest and patience with our group.

On our way home from Guilin, we contacted Violet at the last minute to see if she could arrange transport for us she warmly accommodated us and we again had the comfort that her driver would look after us for easy and comfortable transfer back to the Airport.
